Bliss Balls
Bite-size, no-bake and full of nutritious goodness—what’s not to like?
These don’t need to be an exact science—just chuck in what’s in the pantry, mix and match if you will.
Ingredients
1 c of nuts or seeds (almonds or sunflower seeds work well; or make it a mix of whatever you have on hand; can also use rolled oats as a substitute here)
1/2 c of shredded coconut
1 c of dates or cranberries (or a combination)
1/4 c cocoa powder (omit if you don’t want chocolatey ones)
4 tbsp chia seeds (omit or sub with linseeds or hemp seeds)
1 tsp vanilla
Method
Add the nuts or seeds to a food processor fitted with the s-blade. Whizz for 20 seconds. Add the other ingredients and blitz until a sticky dough forms. Roll into balls and store in an air-tight container.
